Day 10 - Back in Jinan

First time being back in this city since I started working in November. Since last night was all travel it was a tired/exhausted day. Didn’t end up leaving Qinhuangdao till 8:00 pm, and arrived at our hotel closer to midnight. Thankfully today was already a planned day off, and I really needed the extra sleep. After getting some lunch, I decided it was time to check out the neighborhood. I found a pretty sweet little city park a short walk from our hotel. Most of the times when i’ve traveled with the team, we’re located inside of Universities & other training facilities. This was the first time since joining that we had a hotel, that was located in an urban neighborhood. Our hotel is located right next to an oil refinery plant & seeing workers make their way out for lunch and back into the plant for more work.

After dinner at the Sport University campus, I wasn’t ready for sleep yet, instead opting for some evening photos. As I began trying to figure out some angles, I saw puddles in front of the hotel and was able to get some reflection shots with the wide angle.
